Statement on COVID-19
Azolver has supported business with our technology and knowledge for decades, but the challenges we all face due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) changes the way that we operate and interact. Our businesses structure is designed to flexible work arrangement as all systems are cloud based. It allows for our employees to work safely from home, for our engineers to receive their service orders on the road and for all customer facing activities to take place as normal. This ensures that we can maintain the same service levels as well as support business with solutions, products and supplies through online meetings, phone and web.
In all our internal interactions and interactions with customers we follow the guidance provided by the authorities on keeping distance and ensuring the highest level of hygiene. Any customer visits will be agreed prior to visit with the aim to reduce the direct contact and all surfaces are disinfected before we leave.
The health, well-being and safety of our employees, customers, partners and communities remain our highest priority. Our employees stay at home if they feel the slightest cold symptoms. External visits to our facilities that is not business critical are suspended. Azolver is here to support your business through these challenging times.
